Terms and Conditions

Upon receipt of payment a booking is deemed to be confirmed and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless paragraph 4a applies. In supplying these tickets we have fulfilled our contract with you, for which a service charge of no more than 25% over paid price paid by RSAB Tickets is levied. Any purchase signifies acceptance of these conditions. Any discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, otherwise RSAB Tickets may not be able to rectify any errors. RSAB Tickets acts as agents only and on behalf of promoters, venues, transport, accommodation and other suppliers and as such cannot be held responsible for their failure to provide their services in part or whole.

Please note that your credit card will be either processed via PayPal or Pertemps and as a result your credit card statement will show that the payment has been taken from either via Paypal or Pertemps.

CANCELLATIONS

(a) If an artist/venue/promoter/organiser cancels an event in part or whole, or reschedules dates RSAB Tickets would act as follows:
(i) A full refund of all monies paid would be offered, less the service charge per ticket.
(ii) RSAB Tickets would transfer the booking to a new date subject to availability.

(b) Bookings cannot be cancelled by the purchaser under any circumstances (insurance against cancellation is available at extra cost). However, RSAB Tickets will offer to re-sell tickets on the purchaser's behalf once all remaining tickets have been sold, in this instance tickets must be returned to the point of purchase with a covering letter of request. If RSAB Tickets subsequently re-sell these tickets a full refund, less service charge will be made.

The face value of the tickets does not always reflect the price paid by RSAB Tickets to obtain the tickets, promoters and venues often levy bookings which do not appear on the ticket. RSAB Tickets endeavours to provide the best seating positions possible subject to when the order was taken. Tickets cannot be exchanged for alternatives, since allocations are made by promoters. Hotel bookings are subject to further conditions which should be clearly understood.

TRANSPORT

(a) RSAB Tickets reserves the right to cancel transport arrangements due to insufficient bookings; in such circumstances the purchaser will be offered a refund of the coach fare paid or a refund in full upon the safe return of tickets purchased.
(b) RSAB Tickets reserves the right to provide transport of less than full size vehicles when numbers dictate.
(c) In the event of transport failing to arrive for all or part of an event , RSAB Tickets will accept no responsibility for any failure caused by accident, traffic conditions, weather, mechanical failure, driver error, or any circumstance beyond its control. Any monies recoverable will be strictly limited to coach fare paid.
(d) All transport is scheduled to depart promptly and purchasers should be at pick-up and drop-off points BEFORE designated times since latecomers will not be re-imbursed under any circumstances.

Hotel Booking Conditions

Bookings. To take advantage of the prices, offers and guarantees, you must book with RSAB Tickets  direct and not through the hotels direct. All offers of services are subject to availability, as there is a limited allocation of rooms available to this programme. The right to decline a booking is reserved. A booking cannot be combined with any special offer.

Payment. The full amount due is payable at the time of booking. No booking is deemed to be confirmed until full payment has been received by RSAB Tickets , or credit/debit card quoted and charged. Cheques should be made payable to RSAB Tickets .

Prices. All prices within this web site are correct at time of first publication, though RSAB Tickets reserve the right to alter prices at their discretion. Once payment has been received, no further charges will be made, with the exception of variations in VAT rates.

Travel Travel to and from the hotel is entirely your own responsibility and RSAB Tickets will accept no liability for any failure of those arrangements howsoever caused.

Insurance. We strongly advise you to take out adequate travel insurance should the need arise to make a claim. Tickets. Tickets constitute part of the package and therefore must be paid for at the time of the booking. Tickets incur agency fees which may not be shown on the face value of the ticket. You must ensure you have the tickets BEFORE entry to the show; specific arrangements can be made for late bookings.

Arrival/Departure. Rooms are normally available from around 2.00pm on the day of arrival. If you will not be arriving until after 6.00pm please advise the hotel direct. Rooms will need to be vacated by noon on the day of departure.

Pets. Nearly all the hotels accept guide dogs, but his should be check at the time of booking.

What's Included. The price quoted will include the number of nights at your hotel as stipulated, breakfast as indicated and all taxes and service charges.

Amendments. Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be altered, since tickets cannot be cancelled. However we will endeavour to re-sell unwanted tickets (less the booking fee). Amended hotel bookings will incur a £10 charge.

If you cancel. All cancellations must be addressed to RSAB Tickets . Ticket and hotel constitute the package and may not be split. Accommodation will incur the following scale of charges - more than 7 days £20 per person;4-7 days £30; 0-3 days 100%; if tickets are re-sold, booking fees will be retained.

If we cancel. Should the unlikely situation arise that we need to change your booking, we reserve the right to offer you an alternative hotel of a similar standard or better, or offer you a full refund of monies paid. No other payment will be made.

Descriptions/ratings. The descriptions and ratings are based on our own judgement and do not reflect any ratification by any independent body.

Complaints. All complaints regarding accommodation should be registered with the Duty Manager at Hotel in order for the matter to be resolved. In situations that cannot be resolved, written notice must be received in Head Office within 14 days of departure.

Limitation of liability. RSAB Tickets acts only as agents and has no direct control over the quality of performances or the non-appearances of certain performers. Similarly, RSAB Tickets cannot accept liability for any injury, loss, delay, inconvenience or irregularity beyond its control. Although we, our suppliers and associates endeavour to perform all parts of the agreement fully we cannot be held responsible or liable for circumstances where performance of this agreement is prevented by reasons of war, threat of war. riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or man-made disaster, fire, or adverse weather conditions or other such circumstance beyond its control. In any event RSAB Tickets liability is limited to the package price per person.

Governing Law. This contract shall be governed exclusively by English Law.
